· Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

3. Quality Control:

· Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverages.

· Implement quality control standards and conduct regular inspections.

4. Budget and Cost Management:

· Develop and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs while maintaining high-quality service.

· Analyze financial reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth.

5. Staff Supervision and Training:

· Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support staff.

· Foster a positive and efficient working environment.

6. Customer Service:

· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.

· Develop and enforce customer service standards and procedures.

7. Compliance and Safety:

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.

· Monitor food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
