  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations including production, quality control, inventory management, process improvement, and staff management. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, and collaborating with various departments to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management and production oversight
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Halal Assurance System requirements
  • Logistical skills including Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to implement and monitor process improvements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Business Administration, or other related field
  • Previous experience in the cosmetic manufacturing industry is a plus
