Customer Success Management Leader
Responsibilities:
Managing key account project management tasks such as preparing project workbooks, client meeting presentation deck preparation, preparing use cases, etc.
Accomplishing key account project deliverables such as data analytics work, key success metrics analysis, robot issue trouble shooting, etc.
Responsible and detailed in the task, can manage workload in a fast pace and pressure environment and can ensure the quality of the work delivered in the confirmed timely manner.
Managing a team of 5-10 people to achieve the revenue targets
Requirements:
1/2-3 years of experience in leading and managing teams in overseas markets
2/Successfully handled Key Account of IT/AI projects
3/Global strategic view, professional English communication
4/Strong in business data analytics skills, can solve issues independently
5/Responsible, hands on, and work harding
6/Willing to reside in Indonesia for 3-5 years
7/Working experience in AI or SaaS industry (nice to have)
