  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Prepare journal entries, (including prepaid expenses, accruals, depreciation, amortization, adjustments, and reclassifications) to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Verify 3-way match invoices (AP) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify AR transactions and maintain records.
  • Maintain account listings and ensure proper reconciliation.
  • Monitor CAPEX & OPEX reporting to track financial performance.
  • Monitor cash advances and ensure proper usage and settlement.
  • Reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate cash flow records.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate records and alignment with financial reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance/accounting (agribusiness experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of PSAK to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with operations teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to be placed in Jembrana, Bali.
