  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Process payments for vendors and company operations.
  2. Verify PO documents, bills of lading, and invoices before payment.
  3. Receive sales reports and generate invoices for consignment, resellers, distributors, etc.
  4. Check incoming payments from customers and offline transactions (stores and events).
  5. Manage accounts receivable and payable.
  6. Prepare financial statements, from journal entries to complete financial reports.
  7. Submit tax invoice requests.
  8. Calculate Fixed Asset Depreciation and record relevant accounts.
  9. Perform Stock Opname and recalculation of company inventory.

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  2. Preferably at least 1 year of experience in finance AR/AP and Accounting.
  3. Proficient in bookkeeping, including principles and procedures of financial recording.
  4. Skilled in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate Online) and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Experienced in managing large amounts of data, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or beauty brands.
  6. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.
