Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Representative based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and providing customer service. Daily tasks include visiting healthcare facilities, conducting presentations, and staying informed about medical products and industry trends. The representative will also handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Medical Sales and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
