  • Proven track record of managing diverse sales portfolios or multiple business channels
  • Have knowledge of the E-Distributor and Product Sourcing ecosystems is a plus
  • Have experience manage brand from scratch
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
