  • Performance Monitoring: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue growth and monitor progress against these metrics. Implement dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights into revenue performance. Conduct regular reviews of revenue performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements -

  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in a B2C tech environment, directly responsible for a business KPI.
  • Experience in working across departments and delivering in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in handling the entire life cycle of decision making from discovery to strategizing to execution
  • Working knowledge of SQL is a plus but not mandatory
