Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support Agile/Scrum teams by facilitating meetings, maintaining sprint artifacts, and tracking progress.
  • Prepare and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to align with stakeholders' needs.
  • Ensure project governance standards are followed across teams.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
  • Identify project risks and dependencies, providing mitigation plans.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience in a PMO Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven ability to prepare BRD and liaise with business and technical teams.
  • Experience in using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
