We are looking for a PMO Analyst to support project management activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Business Requirement Document (BRD) preparation, and excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:- Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
- Support Agile/Scrum teams by facilitating meetings, maintaining sprint artifacts, and tracking progress.
- Prepare and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to align with stakeholders' needs.
- Ensure project governance standards are followed across teams.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Identify project risks and dependencies, providing mitigation plans.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in a PMO Analyst or similar role.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to prepare BRD and liaise with business and technical teams.
- Experience in using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
