Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior BIM Architect located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, creating architectural and construction drawings, preparing submittals, and collaborating with project teams. The role includes overseeing project design and ensuring adherence to company standards and industry best practices. The Senior BIM Architect will also be involved in coordinating interdisciplinary work and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in Architecture
- Proficiency in Architecture, Architectural Drawings, and Construction Drawings
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Strong understanding of design and construction processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus
