Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager Sales Area role located in West Sumatera. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as meeting with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. Other tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales Skills, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Several years (usually 3-5+ years) of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
