Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to ensure our HR policies and practices align with OJK regulations, Indonesian labor laws, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR compliance, payroll management, and audit preparation, particularly within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with OJK regulations, Indonesian labor laws, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit OJK-mandated HR reports, including organizational structure updates and key personnel changes.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and tax regulations.
- Monitor employee benefit programs to align with industry standards and OJK expectations.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring adherence to labor laws.
- Provide HR-related data and documentation for internal and external audits, including ISO Audit, Financial Audit, and OJK Audit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, and OJK regulations.
- Proven experience in HR compliance reporting and audit preparation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and regulatory interactions.
