Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to ensure our HR policies and practices align with OJK regulations, Indonesian labor laws, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR compliance, payroll management, and audit preparation, particularly within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with OJK regulations, Indonesian labor laws, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit OJK-mandated HR reports, including organizational structure updates and key personnel changes.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and tax regulations.
  • Monitor employee benefit programs to align with industry standards and OJK expectations.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring adherence to labor laws.
  • Provide HR-related data and documentation for internal and external audits, including ISO Audit, Financial Audit, and OJK Audit.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, and OJK regulations.
  • Proven experience in HR compliance reporting and audit preparation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and regulatory interactions.
