About The Role
As a growing company, Influx needs high-quality people in roles that match their aspirations and capabilities.
We’re looking for a recruitment specialist with high standards to join our team.
You will be managing and taking part in recruitment projects, and recruiting to fulfill our internal stakeholders' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and managing recruitment projects.
- Creating solid plans for recruitment projects and monitoring the progress.
- Upholding high standards throughout the process.
- Participating in recruitment projects end-to-end.
- Coordinating with other teams, both internal and external.
- Contributing to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture.
Qualities We’re Looking For
- Excellent English, both spoken and written communication.
- Strong eye for talent in assessing people accurately and objectively.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, especially in the APAC region.
- Upholding high standards and discipline.
- Initiative and competence, e.g., you will be telling us what to do, instead of waiting for us to tell you what to do.
- Bonus points: If you have experience working in BPO companies, working in startups, or managing a small team (1-3 people).
