- In the end, you will be able to build your own agency, using our tools, systems, and facility.
- Working location is hybrid, mandatory only for onsite self development and team meetings (twice in a week).

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
