  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Support the team in the development of design by reviewing Architectural and Interior Design drawings, layouts, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other related tools).
  • Support team by conducting material research and gathering required project data by visiting the sites.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Interior Designer, and project stakeholders to support the completion of the project design.
  • Support the review and revision process of architectural and interior design according to internal feedback and project requirements.
  • Help organize and maintain the project documentations.
  • Assist in conducting volumetric and preliminary study to explore potential future hotel projects
  • Support the project team to analyze BoQ and cost study for related projects

Requirements

  • Undergraduate (min 6th semester) or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Highly interested in hotel architecture and interior design.
  • Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, REVIT, Photoshop and other design related and presentation tools).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work with team.
  • Available for an internship lasting for 4 - 6 months or above.
  • Able to communicate in English in written and verbally is beneficial.
