Senior Logistics & Warehouse

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Transportation Logistic, Management / Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 4 – 5 years experience in Logistics and Warehouse management.
• Excellent in computers system and Ms. Office such as word, excel, power point, and Google Sheet.
• Strong knowledge and understanding about export & import regulations, including the paper works.
• Good Communication, leadership, analysis, and problem solving.
• Honest, detail, have passion at work.
• Have a private vehicle.
• Eager to learn logistic, warehouse and procurement.
• Willing to handle and supervise the site.
• Based in both Mampang Office and BSD Office.

Scope of Work:

• Manage materials: This includes receiving, storing, sending, and moving materials, both within warehouses and to/from project sites.
• Oversee inventory: Maintain accurate inventory records, including quantity and value, and conduct regular stock takes.
• Optimize warehouse operations: Organize materials efficiently, maximizing space and considering movement frequency.
• Document material movement: Maintain accurate records of all material transactions (e.g., delivery orders, packing lists).
• Procure warehouse services: Source and manage providers for loading/unloading (e.g., forklifts, labour).
• Manage international shipments: Handle import/re-import processes, including documentation.
• Source logistics providers: Secure transportation services for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate logistics: Work with providers and review import documents.
• Coordinate internal material flow: Collaborate with other teams to manage material mobilization and demobilization.
• Plan and budget shipments: Develop shipment plans and cost estimates with the logistics team.
