Requirements :
- Possess a diploma's degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the automotive or truck industry
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, truck systems, and diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication skills, selling skill, teknikal trouble shooting and maintenance teams effectively
- A strong commitment to safety, ensuring all field visits are completed safely and according to industry standards
- Coordinate and resolve complaints in accordance with customer complaint criteria
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess and identify issues with diesel engines, electrical systems, brake systems, and more
- Keep detailed records of field visits, including diagnoses, recommendations, and actions taken
- Ensure that all maintenance and repair solutions align with industry standards and best practices
- Promote safety at all times, ensuring all field activities are conducted with the highest safety standards
