Growing business vertically by providing perspectives regarding industry trends, competitive landscape and partner requirement.

Acquire and onboard new partners and maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads by developing and nurturing professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying potential new partners and developing new accounts.
  2. Build a new borrower pipeline to achieve monthly onboarding volume and value targets.
  3. Prospect for potential borrowers using various direct methods
  4. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial borrowers’ engagement to closed sales
  5. Establish relationships with new borrowers relationships before, during, and after the funding process to secure new borrowers onboarding.
  6. Ensure legally binding commercial agreements are in place.
  7. Any other revenue-generating activities according to the Business Plan.
  8. Identification risk compliance issue and how to mitigate
  9. Coordinate with various department and ensure smooth implementation

Requirement:

  1. Must have Bachelor’s degree in any field/major
  2. Min 5 years of working experience in a reputable Fintech / Banking / Telecom / FMCG / Pharmaceutical company, particularly in a sales/business development role is a must
  3. Proven success in creating new partnership opportunities that yielded tangible results
  4. Possess network of potential clients in sectors such as Telecom, FMCG, Pharmaceutical industry, etc
  5. Deep understanding of the financial services and technology industry
  6. Experience in negotiating and managing commercial relationships
  7. Self-starter, comfortable with fast-paced environment and results-oriented
