Job Description:
- Find new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Provide accurate price quotes and ensure they meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop new business and manage customer accounts to meet growth targets.
- Handle large revenue opportunities and manage 5-10 key accounts.
- Maintain professional relationships with key contacts in customer organizations.
- Coordinate internal teams to meet customer needs and performance goals.
- Meet sales targets and objectives.
- Continuously assess customer needs and provide ongoing support.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Banking, FSI, Telco, Government, or State-Owned Enterprises is Preferred.
- Experience selling software with subscription models.
- Knowledge of IT solutions (Operating Systems, Virtualization, DevSecOps, Middleware, APIs, Databases, Automation, etc.).
- English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills in account management, sales, negotiation, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of contracts, SLAs, and financial basics (P&L, COGS, budgets).
- Familiarity with project management, proposals, and RFPs.
