Job Description:

  • Find new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Provide accurate price quotes and ensure they meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop new business and manage customer accounts to meet growth targets.
  • Handle large revenue opportunities and manage 5-10 key accounts.
  • Maintain professional relationships with key contacts in customer organizations.
  • Coordinate internal teams to meet customer needs and performance goals.
  • Meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Continuously assess customer needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Banking, FSI, Telco, Government, or State-Owned Enterprises is Preferred.
  • Experience selling software with subscription models.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions (Operating Systems, Virtualization, DevSecOps, Middleware, APIs, Databases, Automation, etc.).
  • English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills in account management, sales, negotiation, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of contracts, SLAs, and financial basics (P&L, COGS, budgets).
  • Familiarity with project management, proposals, and RFPs.
