Funding Business Development

Job Description :

1. Oversee and manage funding initiatives and other collaborations with financial services from start to finish;

2. Develop strategy to optimize funding cost and financial efficiency;

3. Prepare and present funding proposals to banks and other potential lenders;

4. Manage all commercial negotiations with financial partners in terms of deal structuring;

5. Manage loan process, loan documentation and covenant monitoring;

6. Liaise and maintain relationship with banks/ financial services and stakeholders;

Requirement :

1. Min. Bachelor’s degree in any field;

2. Experienced, 5 year;;

3. Proven experience in fundraising and financial analysis;

4. Have a broad and strong network in financial institutions;

5. Bank and multifinance background are peferred;

6. Excellent communication skills for presenting proposals and engaging with stakeholders;

7. Have in-depth knowledge of industry/ market trends and the regulations;
