You will be located in Batam, Indonesia.

Job Description:

  • Clean-up SketchUp models.
  • Perform calculations and measurements of different types of Green Certifications (Green Mark, LEED, GreenRE, EDGE, etc).
  • Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
  • Communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality of work.
  • Stay up to date with the latest drafting techniques and technologies.
  • Other ad hoc related tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficient in operating SketchUp/Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other IT software.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Can work in small teams.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and report-writing skills, with attention to detail.
