- People Management
- Develop team expertise and skills through training and mentoring.
- Plan for staffing needs and ensure knowledge transfer across the team.
- Take steps to reduce turnover and maintain team stability.
- Manage resources effectively to meet team goals.
- Industrialization
- Oversee the industrialization of new equipment, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Make sure VSDP (Value Stream Design Process) and IPROM (Industrial Process Reliability and Optimization Management) standards are met.
- Help prepare for Industrial IAR (Industrial Acceptance Review).
- Provide feedback to improve equipment design based on industrialization experience.
