We are currently looking for a Shift Leader Injection to join us at Batang, Central Java, Indonesia. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe operation of the equipment and for stopping activities in the event of an unsafe condition
• Responsible for ensuring all employees on shift are complying with HSE guidelines
• Responsible for reporting unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, incidents and accidents
• Responsible for 5S in all work areas
• Guide field engineers, operators/ technicians to monitor & control operating parameters
• Co-ordinate with Mixing & Mold Maintenance services for regular plan / size change / related problems if any
• Continuous monitoring of all the critical parameters, analyze the deviation and take corrective action
• Coordinate activities with all support functions for proper and timely maintenance of plant equipment/ injection machine and preventive maintenance
• Take emergency actions to safe guard equipment and people
• Identify problems in operation and take corrective action and suggest preventive action. Develop and evaluate ideas for cost reduction

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• English - Basic or Conversational Proficiency.
• Minimum of 7 years in PVC or Plastic Injection Production.
• Willing to be based in Batang, Central Java
