Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales of F&B products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify and expand business opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze F&B trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity, developing targeted marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Plan, organize, and attend promotional events, campaigns, and industry exhibitions, including travel to various locations as needed.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create localized and compelling marketing materials tailored to the needs of target audiences.
  • Highlight unique product features and benefits through engaging demonstrations and tastings.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovative practices, and emerging consumer demands in the F&B sector.

Qualifications :

  • Having at least 1 year of work experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare reports.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM (a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Target- and result-oriented.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Willing to travel out of town or to other locations as required by the job.
