Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR to join our team. This role will primarily focus on recruitment, daily personnel management, performance, and compensation management. The ideal candidate should have experience in employee relations, a strong understanding of local labor laws, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and selection.
· Manage daily HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, employee record management, and compliance checks.
· Implement performance management systems, including performance evaluations and feedback processes.
· Assist with compensation and benefits management, ensuring competitive and fair pay.
· Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
· Stay updated with local labor laws to ensure company compliance.
· Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures and assist in resolving related issues.
· Maintain strong communication and relationships with employees at all levels.
· Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively under pressure.
Requirements:
· At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, especially in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
· Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
· Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesia and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in the healthcare, retail, FMCG, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
· HR-related certifications or qualifications are preferred.
· Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
