Manager Pre Sales - Indonesia

Position Overview:
The Manager, Pre-Sales plays a critical role in our software company by leading a team of pre-sales professionals to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating closely with sales, product management, and technical teams to understand customer needs, develop compelling solutions, and articulate the value proposition of our products to prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify target markets, verticals, and key accounts.
- Continuously refine pre-sales processes and methodologies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Work closely with product management and R&D teams to understand product capabilities, roadmap, and competitive landscape.
- Translate customer requirements into compelling solution proposals and demonstrations.
- Customize presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to address specific customer needs and pain points.
- Engage directly with prospects and customers to understand their business challenges and objectives
- Conduct discovery sessions and solution workshops to gather requirements and align our offerings with customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business users, and IT decision-makers
- Provide technical expertise and support during sales meetings, RFP responses, and contract negotiations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales roles within the software industry
- Proven track record of leading high-performing pre-sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex software solutions and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mind-set and a passion for driving business outcomes.
- Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements and sales activities.
