Legal Specialist

If you are someone with:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Having minimum 3-5 years work experience in a reputable law firm and/or as in-house legal counsel in a reputable company.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesian, and having an excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.
- Strong ability to do the contract management, manage the company’s internal compliance, provide legal advice/support and so forth.
And you are ready to be:
- Setting out standard templates for contracts and legal documents.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Providing legal updates and guidelines.
- Organizing the internal meeting and assisting senior to conduct the internal legal trainings and seminars.
- Doing the basic legal research and assisting senior to provide legal advice to other departments and internal stakeholders.
- Assisting senior to review promotional materials in terms of legal risk.
