What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Support the product team in planning and executing core banking migration strategies.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to track progress and resolve potential issues.
  • Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy before and after migration.
  • Monitor system performance and provide insights on possible improvements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for project tracking and stakeholder updates.
  • Help with user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-migration evaluations.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for future migrations.

What Is Required and What We’re Looking For

  • Strong technical ability and attention to detail in handling migration tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of core banking systems and financial processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL or other database query languages.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and system architecture.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Tello.
