  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job Description

  • As subject expert on engineering and maintenance brand standards, determine and evaluate engineering and maintenance brand standards and crisis management plans for BATIQA Hotels.
  • Ensure that government life safety and BATIQA life safety policies and procedures are in place at all times and checked on a monthly basis.
  • Plan and execute (with the hotel GMs) a monthly preventative maintenance schedule for guest rooms, public areas, life safety systems and engineering plant.
  • Measure engineering related guest satisfaction scores against competitors and benchmarks and report and monitor monthly versus target.
  • Review and manage the monthly R&M and utility budgets for all hotels. Recommend strategies to improve efficiencies and drive environmental and sustainability initiatives, and advise senior management on engineering and maintenance issues as related to new build hotel projects or HMA’s.
  • Prepare the annual CAPEX plan for all BATIQA hotels and ensure projects are completed within planned date and budget.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in related position, preferably in engineering hotel operation / hospitality
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managerial position
  • Having knowledge in business process and operational hospitality industry
  • Having technical experience in engineering, maintenance, and safety
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel frequently if required
  • Willing to be placed in our subsidiaries PT BATIQA Hotel Manajemen
