- Lead as PMO for big projects to support sales.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Finance, and Technical) to ensure a smooth tendering process.

- TKDN Certification is advantage
- Minimum 5 years in supporting sales area
- Possess in-depth knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, particularly in procurement and tendering Good knowledge on tender process.
- Understand end-to-end tendering processes, from identifying opportunities and preparing documents to submission and evaluation.
- Analyze and align procurement and tendering activities with business goals and operational needs.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of tasks within deadlines.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Good analytical thinking
- Good written and oral communication skills.
