As a Xiaomi Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the store team, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer experiences while managing daily operations and inventory.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (at least MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Possess leadership skills and able to lead a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to understand inventory schemes well
  • English speakers are prefered
