As a Xiaomi Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the store team, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer experiences while managing daily operations and inventory.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop business strategies to increase the foot traffic, boost sales, and optimize profits

- Possess leadership skills and able to lead a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to understand inventory schemes well
- English speakers are prefered
