Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:
  • Draft, review, revise, and negotiate various types of contracts (e.g., procurement contracts, service agreements, construction contracts, etc.).
  • Ensure contract terms comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field, with preference for experience in the Indonesian market.
  • Familiarity with construction, procurement, or service contracts is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal regulations and international contract practices.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and contract management tools.
  • Language:
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
  • Other Requirements:
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
