The company builds a holistic ecosystem of housing solutions for both tenants & landlords. It provides quality, accessible housing for the young generation while assisting landlords in transforming their assets into high-yield rental properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Construction Project in general (Timeline, Budget, Supply Chain, Manpower, Reporting).
- Translate the Project Management Plan into a more detailed project activity plan and organize.
- Monitor, direct, and control material or personnel on site and every work process carried out.
- Ensuring the implementation of work in accordance with the project contract.
- Coordinating with all internal and external parties, including Project Owner, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Civil, Architecture or any relevant education background
- Minimum 5 years of field experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project.
- Understands Site Management, Supervision, and Reporting.
- Communicative, able to converse naturally with local workers.
- Willing to work at weekend during construction when required.
