Role Description

This is a contract role for a Hostess at TOMA Group - East Quarter. The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. This on-site role is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in managing reservations and providing Customer Service
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette, Familiar with Chope Reservation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry is preferred
