What You Will Do
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute manual and automated testing, ensuring conformance with project requirements.
- Record problems and issues
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Implement and manage automated testing frameworks using tools like Katalon, Selenium, or similar.
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with development teams for resolution.
- Conduct regression, performance, and security testing to ensure software reliability.
- Continuously improve QA processes and advocate for best practices within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban) and software development life cycles.
- Proficiency in test management tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Postman, Katalon, Selenium, JMeter, Burp Suite).
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Having an understanding of LLM (Large Language Model) is a plus.
