What You'll Do
This role will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, improving financial controls, and supporting business growth with strong financial operations acumen. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance/accounting, and preferably has previously worked in fast & high-volume operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor financial plans and cash flow projections.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, project financial reports, and management reports for key stakeholders.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and industry standards.
- ERP & Financial Systems: Manage and enhance financial systems and processes, including ERP software to improve automation and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in similar Accounting or Finance roles.
- Proficiency in financial management software (Xero) & other dashboard management (Fathom, Monday, Databox).
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Industry Knowledge: understanding of financial regulations, real estate development, and construction industry dynamics.
- Fluency in English is a must.
