Investor Relations Asst. Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field (MBA or CFA designation is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related field. Experience in capital markets or corporate finance is preferred
• Strong networking and relationship management skills to engage with investors, analysts, and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of financial statements, market data, and corporate valuation techniques
• Excellent ability to create and analyze financial reports and investor presentations
• Strong networking and relationship management skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences clearly and effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in addressing large audiences
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work with senior management

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations program aligned with the company's goals and objective
• Build and maintain strong relationship with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in the capital market to foster trust and transparency
• Maintain and analyze stakeholders database in a regular basis to monitor investors and share trends
• Monitor and analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities to provide actionable insight to senior management
• Prepare and present financial data, earning reports, and other key performance metrics to investors and analysts
• Create and manage high-quality investor-related materials, including presentations, press releases, fact sheets, and annual reports
• Plan and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and participation in industry conferences to enhance company visibility and engagement
• Act as a key point of contact for investors during periods of uncertainty or change, providing clear and timely manner
