- Minimum 3 years experience in Managerial Level in the Customer Service/e-commerce/BPO industry
- Expertise in CS Management, Customer & Client Satisfaction (part of KPI), Familiar with CSAT & quality monitoring
- Open for Operations Manager with banking voice inbound experience
