Team Leader - Creative Design

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality check and ensure for all project related to visuals and videos
• Ensure everything is executed properly according to the user’s requirements with good aesthetics without breaking the rules in the Brand Guideline and Corporate Identity narratives
• work with Creative Design Specialists, Corporate Communications, and Digital Marketing team to produce creative design

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree with major in Design Graphics, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia major or any related field
• Have minimum 10 years of experience in creative design field, such as creating key visuals, motion graphics, and videos
• Proficiency in graphic design, video editing & motion graphics software to develop visuals such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Premiere, After Effect, etc
• Ability to conceptualize creative visuals and videos that align with the project's goals and lead the Creative Design Specialists to execute it properly
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively, manage the team, and conduct a skillful hands-on for Creative Design Specialists to ensure the design results are of good quality
• Possess a good interpersonal skill to collaborate well with Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing team to find innovative solutions for every challenge and adapt the designs
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang
