Role Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project teams to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions between business and technical teams.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from Top University.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience as a BA in banking area
- Understanding of SDLC as BA
- Understand to read programming
- Ability to create BRD, FSD, and workflow diagrams.
- English fluently
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
