Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in psychology or any major
  • 7 - 10 years of working experience as a Learning and Development Specialist
  • Experience as a trainer/facilitator is beneficial
  • Experience in managing high-level stakeholders (clients or organizations)
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
  • Good communication and interaction skills
  • Good analytical thinking skills
  • Passionate in People Learning and Development
  • Possess and applies continuous learning skills
