- Conduct results presentations to clients, ensuring alignment with SLA accomplishments.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, sharing expertise with the team.
- Represent the company as a speaker at public national/international events and product launches
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in psychology or any major
- 7 - 10 years of working experience as a Learning and Development Specialist
- Experience as a trainer/facilitator is beneficial
- Experience in managing high-level stakeholders (clients or organizations)
- Fluent in both oral and written English
- Good communication and interaction skills
- Good analytical thinking skills
- Passionate in People Learning and Development
- Possess and applies continuous learning skills
