Influencer Management

Job Requsition:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience 1-2 Years in KOL management, preferably Beauty retail industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with KOLs and media professionals.
• Have an interest in the beauty industry, are expected to have knowledge about influencers and artists in the beauty industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to work from our office based in Greenlake, Tangerang.

Job Responsibility:

• Listing & identify relevant Influencers on Media Plan according to the campaign needed (Mostly in Instagram & TikTok).
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with Influencers, ensuring clear deliverables and expectations.
• Create brief, coordinate content creation and distribution with Influencers to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of brand campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Research relevant industry expert competitors for Influencers campaign.
