Job Description:
- Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the product features and enhancements for the product initiatives that you own
- Drive product roadmap planning, feature prioritization across stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and put them into product requirement documents (PRD)
- Work with the design and development team to translate business requirements into products and systems that drive enterprise efficiency
- Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios, coordinate the testing and live releases
- Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of the product pipeline
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure and drive product success
- Prioritize and resolve any issues that are escalated in a timely manner and promptly communicate the progress for critical live issues
- Regularly update and engage with your key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in product management, consulting, system analyst or similar role
- Experience in HCM software applications is a plus
- Logical and possesses excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to dive deep into business scenarios and understand real pain points faced by business and users
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment, and possesses a strong sense of ownership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive complicated discussions and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English
