Responsibilities
- Create and execute initiatives to achieve revenue target
- Revenue Achievement
- Develop and execute a product strategy that is aligned with the company vision.
- Build and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, including new features, enhancements, and deprecations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Reconstruct existing products (if needed) to meet current customer requirements.
- Analyze the revenue performance and P/L of current product.

- Work closely with the engineering team to identify and prioritize product needs.
- Create clear and measurable product specifications.
- Ensure product quality complies with established standards.
- Accompany salespeople on their visits to prospects and client if necessary to:
- Deliver presentation and product demonstrations that require more in-depth or credible knowledge than the salesperson
- Responding to technical questions about the product or related infrastructure
- Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders (partners)
- Develop processes that are compatible with data management products and GPUs as well as technology that can support automation to produce simple and digital product journeys
- Provide mentoring and guidance to team members to achieve division objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotion and dismissals
- Provide feedback to GH to work with HR team to create the succession plan for the function/organization and attract, motivate and retain top talent to ensure alignment with the plan.
- In order to ensure talents are attracted, retained developed to meet organizational needs
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, especially in data and GPU areas
- Deep understanding of the product development life cycle.
- Ability to set up or develop new products and manage existing products
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to manage relationships with partners
Additional Skill Advantages:

2. Knowledge of AI and machine learning technology.
3. Certification in product management (for example, Certified Product Manager).
