Responsibilities

  • Create and execute initiatives to achieve revenue target

  • Ensure product quality complies with established standards.
  • Accompany salespeople on their visits to prospects and client if necessary to:
  • Deliver presentation and product demonstrations that require more in-depth or credible knowledge than the salesperson
  • Responding to technical questions about the product or related infrastructure
  • Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders (partners)
  • Develop processes that are compatible with data management products and GPUs as well as technology that can support automation to produce simple and digital product journeys
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to team members to achieve division objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotion and dismissals
  • Provide feedback to GH to work with HR team to create the succession plan for the function/organization and attract, motivate and retain top talent to ensure alignment with the plan.
  • In order to ensure talents are attracted, retained developed to meet organizational needs

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, especially in data and GPU areas
  • Deep understanding of the product development life cycle.
  • Ability to set up or develop new products and manage existing products
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to manage relationships with partners

Additional Skill Advantages:

1. Experience in the B2B industry.

2. Knowledge of AI and machine learning technology.

3. Certification in product management (for example, Certified Product Manager).
