
Organizational Change Management Lead(Contractor)

Provides overarching change leadership, governance, strategy and planning across all work packages and change teams. Responsible for driving a strong partnership between SAP and the Business Functions. Developing the organizational change management strategies and approaches (with assistance from others) and managing their execution. Assessing leadership alignment, defining and executing leadership engagement plans.
Position responsibilities:
- Establish change management work plan across all areas of focus, including communications, leadership and stakeholder engagement and action planning, end-user training, organisational alignment, design and transition, and capability transfer
- Collaborating with all project teams and business functions and building a strong partnership between them
- Drive and lead change activity including communications, engagement, change readiness, capability development and champion network
- Guide the capability development of the program change team
- Lead timely issue identification, resolution, escalation when appropriate
- Manage relationships with business process owners and obtain sign-offs as applicable
- Maintain a process to approve and track acceptance of agreed project deliverables in line with agreed Statements of Work
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required
- Experience:
- Broad network of contacts across the business and understanding of key communication channels within the organisation
- Proven ability to identify, structure and deliver impactful change initiatives
- Solid experience of working with a global business solution
- Demonstrated communication skills, with an ability to effectively consult and negotiate with organisation leaders and build positive relationships in an environment of change
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding of the business style and tone
- Skills/Technical Knowledge:
- SAP Knowledge
- Project Management
- Others: Ability to travel as part of the role on a routine basis
