Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage staff member at Hotel Kapal Garden in Malang. The Food and Beverage staff member will be responsible for providing excellent food service, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and assisting in culinary preparations. Daily tasks will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff members.
Qualifications
- English language skill at least intermediate level
- Well-groomed and have good attitude
- Minimum 1 year experience in same position
- Able to work under pressure especially banquet
- Having barista skill will be an added value
