PT Eni Natural Energies Indonesia (PT ENE Indonesia), established in February 2025, focuses on supporting Eni’s global strategy towards carbon neutrality by engaging in energy transition activities. PT ENE Indonesia’s operations include the production of bio-feedstock for Eni biorefineries, within the framework of Eni’s distinctive model of vertical integration of our biofuel supply chain, and carbon credit generation from nature and technology-based carbon offset activities. Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the identification and definition of critical and strategic competencies in line with business needs.
- Define and optimize the organization by ensuring consistency between structure, processes, regulatory documents, and powers and delegations, utilizing technical specialist know-how.
- Attract and retain competent personnel through recruitment, training, competitive compensation policies, and attractive development opportunities.
- Coordinate human resources administration, management, and labour/industrial relations.
- Manage human resources processes in terms of planning (cost, headcount), budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure a performance assessment system for all staff is in place and organize the annual performance assessment plan.
- Manage relations with external parties and local authorities related to employee social security (BPJS), pension fund (DPLK), and employee taxation (withholding tax No.21).
- Coordinate service providers supporting HR activities (e.g., immigration/work permit applications for expatriates, tax and payroll, legal firms).
- Manage general services activities, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and cost control, including business travel, facilities management, and transportation.
- Protect and promote the health and wellbeing of employees.
- Support the business in achieving performance objectives through efficient and effective ICT applications and infrastructure solutions, ensuring information security and data protection.
- Assess all security risks relevant to the company and prepare plans to mitigate them.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Employees must comply with Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures, report all incidents, motivate colleagues to follow HSE rules, participate in HSE initiatives, ensure contractor compliance with HSE standards, and proactively support the company's HSE objectives.
Skills And Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business/Public Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the Human Resources field, with relevant leadership experience.
- Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads according to corporate goals and objectives.
- Ability to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.
- Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Skilled in mediating disputes and managing employee relations effectively.
- Understanding and valuing diversity within the workplace, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform HR decisions and strategies.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Commitment to fostering employee growth through training programs and career development initiatives.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to enhance productivity and communication.
