- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Passionate about using and updating social media.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Active on social media and able to create interesting content related to employee branding.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team, with a high level of initiative in completing tasks.
- Proficient in using office applications (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and social media platforms.
- Assist and support the HR manager in the scope of human resources.
- Prepare data to be used for employee payroll.
- Assist the HR manager in carrying out some HR services functions related to administrative management.
- Conduct HR-related administrative processes (inputting data, checking documents, filling documents, etc.).
- Conduct training and counseling for employees according to their needs.
- Coordinate with related parties to fulfill employee needs.
- Handle matters related to BPJS Kesehatan (Health Insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment Insurance).
- Ensure that the company's standard operating procedures, regulations, and policies are implemented properly.
- Create job requirements and manage them regularly.
- Conduct technical and end-to-end recruitment processes.
