Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the HR manager in the scope of human resources.
  • Prepare data to be used for employee payroll.
  • Assist the HR manager in carrying out some HR services functions related to administrative management.
  • Conduct HR-related administrative processes (inputting data, checking documents, filling documents, etc.).
  • Conduct training and counseling for employees according to their needs.
  • Coordinate with related parties to fulfill employee needs.
  • Handle matters related to BPJS Kesehatan (Health Insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment Insurance).
  • Ensure that the company's standard operating procedures, regulations, and policies are implemented properly.
  • Create job requirements and manage them regularly.
  • Conduct technical and end-to-end recruitment processes.
