Role Description
As our E-Commerce & Reservations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing the online reservations process, ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out. You will leverage your expertise in the hotel industry to develop strategies that maximize revenue and enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve close collaboration with multiple departments—including operations, IT, marketing, and revenue management—to execute innovative e-commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end hotel reservations process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online bookings and optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with hotel operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest services and smooth integration with property management systems (PMS).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on online booking performance and key metrics.
• Work with digital marketing teams to enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic to our reservation channels.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational workflows and guest engagement through technology and innovative approaches.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in hotel reservations and hospitality, ideally coming from a hotelier background.
• Strong expertise in managing e-commerce strategies within the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, or e-commerce operations.
• In-depth understanding of property management systems (PMS), channel management tools, and online travel agency (OTA) platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital marketing practices and data analytics is a plus.
