Position : General Admin Logistic - Vehicle Scheduler

Location : Jakarta Raya

Role Summary & Responsibility :

  • Ensures compliance with HSSE and local legislation through all phases of the scheduling process.
  • Suporting on daily scheduling activities. Schedules the deliveries to create and optimize shipments, taking into account all relevant restrictions and delivery promise requirements.
  • Review and issues schedule to the warehouse to start the picking process (pack) or loading process (bulk). Review and finalize the schedule.
  • Monitors relevant customer master data, e.g., delivery day / window, delivery priority and request changes where necessary.
  • Advise and delivery scheduling, month end coordination with the sales and planning.
  • Reporting – Produce professional-quality reports, presentations, Work Instruction, SOP and briefs.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2 years experience in Logistics planning and scheduling.
  • Possesses a good knowledge of effective logistic planning, performance calculations and coordination skills
  • Priority setting in a hectic operational environment and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Good ability in identifying / eliminating barriers to efficient work execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, preferably active in English.
  • Excellent in excel, word and power point. Having macro capability would be good.
  • Full knowledge of office management systems and standard operation procedures & able to work in daily high load fieldwork
